About Me

Anne Markham Bailey

Instructor

My passion is to assist humans in moving into the vast power and connection of being alive, through mindfulness awareness and creativity, which in turn supports vitality and wellness. I am an educator, speaker, author, poet, and podcaster. A graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University, I majored in East Asian Studies with a concentration in Chinese language and literature. I hold an M.F.A. in Book Arts, and an M.A. in English, Creative Writing. My practice training includes Tibetan Buddhist Vajrayana practice and study, somatic awareness practice, shamanic healing practices, and Forest Bathing/Eco Therapy.
